• Accounting Assistants support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks
• Preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed
• Supporting logistical duties for local and export sales
• Customs Clearance and logistics process
• Stock count at mid and year-end or whenever necessary
• Reconciliation, reports and adjustments of inventory
• Determining causes of discrepancies
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Qualification : B’ com graduate with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Accounts
• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications
