Do you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed?

Metro International is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in expanding our local reach and building strong relationships with new clients.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage and track sales opportunities through the sales cycle.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field (packaging sales experience a plus!).
• Bachelor's degree (B.Com preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
• A valid UAE driving license.
